Signing Story Time:
What: Approx. 30 mins. of signing and reading fun!
When: Every Wednesday morning at 10:30 am
Where: 123 Dunlop St. East
Cost: FREE!
Join SmallTalk Academy at Page and Turners Bookstore for stories, songs, rhymes and signs. Learn more about the benefits of using sign language with babies, toddlers and children of all ages. You and your little one will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you’re learning!

2nd Annual Teddy Bears Picnic:
What: A great way to get outdoors and meet other signing families! Our morning will include lots of great activities such as stories, songs and games. (Please bring a picnic as we will be eating as a group.)
Who: Everyone is welcome to join us!
Where: The Park at Minet's Point (look for the colourful balloons!)
When: Tuesday August 12 2008 (Raindate: Thurs. August 14 2008)
10:30-10:45 am: Meet at the park and free play
10:45-11:30 am: Circle time and lesson
11:30-12:00 pm: Picnic and home time
Cost: $10 per family

We're Going to the Zoo, Zoo, Zoo:
Where: The Elmvale Zoo
When: Saturday September 14th 2008
Time: Meet at the front gates at 10:30 am
Once we're in the park, we will do a 30 minute lesson all about animals. You can then tour the zoo individually or with the group.
Who: Your family and friends
Cost: $15 per adult, $10 per child (3-16 yrs), $5 (3 and under)
(Although it is not necessary, it would be greatly appreciated to RSVP to this event. We need to have a minimum of participants to receive the group rate. Tickets are available for purchase as of July 14th 2008)
